Billing Setup

Tariff plans

A tariff plan describes how the platform charges for resources. An example plan structure in the operator panel:

Parameter Example value Note
vCPU per hour $0.015 Based on the actual number of vCPUs
GB RAM per hour $0.005 Rounded up to 0.1 GB
GB disk per month $0.075 Includes snapshots (coefficient 0.7)
GB traffic per month 0 — included 1 TB limit, then $0.06/GB

Quotas and limits

Quotas are set per customer, project and individual role: number of VMs, total vCPU and RAM, number of networks, disk capacity. When a quota is reached, resource creation is blocked and a notification is sent.

Billing periods

  • The default period is a calendar month;
  • Metering runs hourly and charges accumulate;
  • An invoice is generated automatically at the end of the period;
  • A tariff trial period switches the customer to the paid plan automatically.

Documents and payments

Invoices and statements can be exported as PDF and (in the Enterprise edition) to 1C. Payment processing is configured in the “Payments” section: electronic payment systems, SBP, bank transfers.

Reports

Usage reports are available in the operator panel: by customer, project and resource. Metering metrics are exported to Prometheus — Grafana dashboards ship with the platform.
